Patika is a leading tech startup based in Turkey and the U.S. with a mission of moving talented people from education straight to jobs. We are looking for a Director of Sales who is looking for the best opportunity to "make a dent" in the tech world using his/her previous experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategic plans and set objectives accordingly,
- Create and execute action plans to achieve the sales objectives,
- Cultivate and expand our client base in Turkey and beyond,
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships in the tech sector,
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives,
- Effectively communicate Patika's value proposition through proposals and presentations,
- Constantly look for new growth opportunities in terms of product and geography,
- Lead the sales team,
- Manage the sales reporting process for all levels at Patika,
- Work on the pricing strategy regularly based on costs and competition.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role,
- Fluency in English and Turkish,
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices,
- Track record of managing teams and sales projects successfully,
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills,
- Passionate about making an impact on education and technology sector,
- High ethical standards,
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
