Role Overview:

As the Growth Manager for Patika+, you won't just be focusing on short-term lead acquisition. We're searching for a visionary individual who can conceptualize and execute long-term strategies to ensure sustainable lead generation for the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise innovative growth strategies by analyzing data to identify and define audiences,
  • Have a deep understanding of pre-sales channels and driving top of the funnel,
  • Understand and optimize on the funnel to improve campaigns performance to improve overall conversion rates,
  • Create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote Patika+ to the target audience,
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, continuous A/B testing and generating hypotheses,
  • Curate insights from digital marketing channels like FB and Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics to map customer journeys and buyer segments,
  • Create and optimize landing pages to maximize user engagement and conversion,
  • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to enhance our online presence,
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI, utilizing data-driven insights,
  • Analyze market demand, value proposition, and cost implications to help establish optimal pricing that aligns with our goals and appeals to our target audience,
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and learner preferences to ensure our curriculum meets the evolving needs of customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the tech/ed-tech sector,
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Previous experience in Affiliate/Influencer Marketing, ATL & BTL will be an added advantage.
