Sales Account Executive


Patika is a leading tech startup based in Turkey and the U.S. with a mission of moving talented people from training straight to jobs. We are looking for a Sales Account Executive based in Turkey who is looking for the best opportunity to "make a dent" in the tech world. Our clients range from large enterprises such as Akbank, Google, Peak, EnerjiSA to tech scaleups.


- Work closely with the Sales Development Representative to find new potential clients, and support the process with finding and attending networking opportunities,
- Manage the sales cycle with prospecting clients to close the deal successfully,
- Effectively present Patika's tech talent solutions to the clients through proposals and presentations,
- Prepare offers, negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data as required by Patika standards,
- Once a sales is closed, remain in regular contact with your accounts to maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships,
- As needed, work with the rest of the team to provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Work with the rest of Patika sales team to improve the sales processes and make changes as needed.


- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role,
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices,
- Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills,
- Track record of managing sales pipelines successfully,
- Ambition and passion for sales,
- Passionate about making an impact on education and technology sector,
- High ethical standards,
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Turkish,
- Good understanding of English.
