OzU Blockchain Club joins Patika’s Web3 Education Partners

About Patika web3‍

Launched in March 2022, Patika web3 aims to build one of the most structured onboarding experiences for developers of web3.  Working together with leading web3 ecosystems we aim to introduce developers to new technologies and help them launch their projects & careers. We’ve already built successful partnerships with NEAR, Ethereum Foundation ESP, Community Gaming, and Harmony ZKU.ONE -  helping 4,000+ developers across 64 countries take their first steps into web3 technologies. We’re delighted to be a guide for people who want to make their way through web3. Here is the story of Yeliz who became an NCD transitioning from a nursing career.

Since the program's launch, we have been working towards building partnerships with existing communities since we know we will be stronger together! We’ve already started working together to spread educational resources whilst creating new ones, with our first one being the Solidity Q/A Workshop which was held by ITU Blockchain Club. 

We’re very happy to announce that OzU Blockchain Club has also joined our web3 partnerships today!

About OzU Blockchain Club

The OzU Blockchain club was established at the end of 2020. They initially came together as a community of Blockchain enthusiasts, but later on, they made the decision to expand and found a club in order to reach more people and in the hope that they can accomplish more as a group. Due to the pandemic, the university switched to the online period. For this reason, the club was established at the beginning of the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year by completing all the processes.

OzU Blockchain has reached more than 200 members this term. The number of club members is increasing every year with the spread of the blockchain concept and raising awareness. At the same time, the number of their team members who want to take an active role and improve themselves in the club has exceeded 70 this term. They contacted influential figures in the sector the last term and hosted numerous events on various topics, including NFT, DeFi, and Metaverse. In addition, they organized and held events with presentations attended by the board members. Also, they went to Ankara for Smart Contract training and wrote their first smart contract. 

OzU Blockchain aims to improve blockchain knowledge and create significant projects for the ecosystem by making educational events. They want to produce beneficial works by merging fresh concepts and blockchain technology in this area because they are conscious of their potential and contribution as university students.

Our plans together with OzU Blockchain Club

Together with Ozu Blockchain Club, we plan to amplify each other’s work and organise various educational activities. Our combined efforts and actions will surely be much stronger together!
