Superteam Turkey Long Term Community Intern

Patika.dev is the largest developer community in Turkey with 170,000 developers and runs the scalable web3 training programs.

We started Superteam Turkey to grow the Solana Ecosystem in Turkey, and we’re now looking for a Superteam Turkey Community Intern.

💪 Responsibilities:

Your main goal is to start and nurture an elite Solana builder community in Turkey. As a Community Intern, you will play a key role in fostering a strong sense of community and organizing various events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of online and physical events, webinars, hackathons, and other activities (especially IRL events!) for developers, artists, community founders… - whoever that we need to grow Solana ecosystem in Turkey,
• Ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for event participants,
• Managing event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor communication, and equipment setup,
• Supporting the promotion of events through various channels, such as social media, newsletters, and online communities,
• Engaging with community members, addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance during events,
• Assisting with daily operational tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and administrative support,
• Collaborating with the team to brainstorm event ideas, themes, and formats that align with our community's interests and goals,
• Increasing Twitter followers with great content and make Superteam Turkey the most prestigious account to follow for everything about Solana,
• Building partnerships with university clubs, developer and artists communities, etc.,
• Being active on the Superteam Turkey Discord to engage participants.

Overall, work with the Patika.dev team to shape web3 community strategy and make Superteam Turkey one of the best Solana communities in the world.

📋 Let’s meet if you are:

• Living in Istanbul (Job status is remote and requires weekly attendance at events in Istanbul),
• Web3-native (you use web3 products day in, day out),
• Knowledgeable about Solana,
• Positive and nice towards other people even if they’re very different than you,
• Great at relationship building, follow-up, and negotiation skills,
• “Do-er” (i.e. you prefer producing outcomes rather than just talking about them),
• Open to feedback,
• Persistent and result-oriented,
• Great communicator and organizer on Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other channels,
• To have the ability to address an audience with confidence,
• Fluent in English and Turkish (including speaking).

Need-to-know:

• We are working remotely.
