“We really loved working with Patika! The way of work is detailed, well-designed, comprehensive, and dedicated. In seven weeks, candidates improved their technical skills impressively. Design of content, homework, follow-up tests, and interviews all gave us intuitive insights about every candidate. Overall, when we look at the result, we are very pleased to see that we have added 13 very valuable friends to the team in a short period of time. Hiring 13 people in a cohort at once has been a one-of-a-kind experience for us. We now plan to run a bootcamp every year.”
